Antipollution Egypt: Countdown to Commence Operations
In the presence of His Excellency, Admiral Osama Rabie, Chairman of the Suez Canal Authority and Mr. Vyron Vasileiadis, Chairman of V Group of Companies, a signing ceremony took place at the Headquarters of the Suez Canal Authority in Ismailia, Egypt. The ceremony was attended by an official delegation from the Red Sea Port Authority, the Ministry of Transportation, the Egyptian Maritime Supply & Work, the Head of Maritime Transport sector Mr. Ismail Reda and various authority leaders.
Contracts related to the commencement of operations were signed by General Mohammad Abdelrahim Hamid, Chairman of the Red Sea Port Authority, General Mohammad Sulaiman Barakat Jamal, Chairman of the Egyptian Maritime Supply & Work, and Mr. Vyron Vasileiadis, Chairman of V Group of Companies, acting as President of the Administrative Board for Antipollution Egypt.
This signing ceremony marks a significant milestone towards the official commencement of operations from Antipollution Egypt, a company that will provide high-quality Port Reception Facility Services to all vessels transiting the Suez Canal. Additionally, the agreement resolves further issues as Antipollution Egypt will serve as an umbrella organization for all related contractors and will oversee provided services to ensure legal alignment, the application of modern technology and adherence to environmental preservation.
