Antipollution Egypt Officially Launches Operations in the Suez Canal

We are proud to announce that Antipollution Egypt is now fully live and operational, marking a transformative milestone in our mission to safeguard marine environments in one of the world’s most strategically significant maritime corridors.
First Official Input: AG VALIANT
On May 14th, 2025, Antipollution Egypt successfully recorded its first official operational entry, welcoming the AG VALIANT—a 153.5-meter-long bulk carrier (IMO: 9173018) with a beam of 25.8 meters. This inaugural service marks the beginning of a new chapter in regional maritime waste management and environmental protection.
24/7 Service Across the Suez Canal
Our dedicated fleet and highly trained operational crews have commenced activities seamlessly, ensuring uninterrupted, round-the-clock service across the Suez Canal region. With all systems running smoothly, Antipollution Egypt is already demonstrating the efficiency, reliability, and high standards that define our Group’s service ethos.
A Symbol of Environmental Progress
Captured in a striking image: our flagship vessel, ECO SUEZ I, operates under the early morning sun, proudly flying the Egyptian flag as it serves the Suez Canal—a symbol of progress, resilience, and environmental responsibility.
This operational launch underscores Antipollution Egypt’s strategic importance in supporting compliance with the Suez Canal Authority’s environmental regulations, contributing to the region’s “Green Canal by 2030” initiative, and reinforcing our role as the exclusive waste management provider for transiting vessels.
Looking Ahead
With a robust infrastructure now in place, we look forward to announcing more milestones and developments in the weeks ahead as we expand our service offering and deepen our contribution to sustainable maritime operations in Egypt and beyond.
