Georgia Linaraki Elected Vice President of the Services Division at the Piraeus Chamber of Commerce and Industry

In a landmark election, the new leadership of the Piraeus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) has been established, reaffirming its commitment to fostering economic growth and innovation in the region. Vassilis Korkidis has been re-elected as President of the Chamber, heading the unified slate “Business Development of Piraeus”, which secured unanimous support during the recent elections.

Georgia Linaraki, with a distinguished career in corporate and environmental strategy, has been elected Vice President of the Services Division. This position reflects her dedication to advancing the service sector and supporting innovative business practices in Piraeus, an area vital to the local and national economy.

During the elections, the 41-member Board of Directors was formally constituted, along with the election of the seven-member Administrative Committee, departmental presidencies, deputies, and representatives of the PCCI.

Following the announcement, President Vassilis Korkidis expressed his gratitude for the overwhelming participation and outlined the ambitious goals for the Chamber during the upcoming term. He highlighted the Chamber’s pivotal role in fostering business growth, with notable achievements including a significant increase in business registrations and a marked decrease in deregistrations in 2024.
