V Group of Companies participate in Business Mission to India with Prime Minister

Following the meeting of the Prime Ministers of Greece and India in Athens (late August 2023), and with the aim of further strengthening our bilateral relations, an official visit by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, responsible for Economic Diplomacy and External Affairs, Mr. Konstantinos Fragogiannis, is scheduled to India (New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore) from February 19 to 24, 2024.

The V Group, along with the member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Stavros Kontogeorgakis, will participate in this mission. The visit coincides with the 2nd India Europe Business & Sustainability Conclave organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry in collaboration with the Government of India in New Delhi on February 20-21, 2024. The main objective of the event is to highlight the strategic role of India-Europe cooperation in the constantly evolving geopolitical landscape, strengthen bilateral cooperation between Indian and European businesses, and showcase economic opportunities and challenges, providing a platform for businesses to explore synergies and collaborations.

The main objectives of the mission include networking with key market players, exploring strategic partnerships for Greek businesses, ensuring access to one of the fastest-growing economies globally with significant opportunities in various sectors, and examining the participation of Greek businesses in infrastructure development.

The program includes, among other things, a roundtable discussion on Greece and a schedule of business-to-business (B2B) meetings co-organized by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) and the Hellenic Agency for Investment and Foreign Trade S.A. (Enterprise Greece).
